Are you looking for a Master’s thesis project in materials chemistry? The Inorganic Chemistry program at the Ångström Laboratory offers a thesis project starting Spring 2027.

You will synthesize and characterize novel semiconductor materials for applications in LEDs, solar cells, and wireless communication using advanced techniques like sputtering (DCMS), XRD, and SEM.
