You can always contact anyone in the Board and we will help you! Stop us in the hallway, or contact us on Facebook or via email.

General thoughts on the K-section or the Board of Directors:

Contact President Julia Regnell at k-ordf@utn.se. You can always contact the President if you are unsure where else to turn!

Unfair treatment, comfort issues or questions about the school environment:

If you need help with your studies:

Study counselor for K, Paula Forslund at studievagledare-k@uu.se. The study counselor can help you with questions such as course or specialization selection, exchange studies, or if you are considering to take a break in your studies. Regarding information about exchange studies or if you are an international master’s student, you can also contact Secretary and International Manager Sara Wallman at k-sekreterare@utn.se.

If you are not well

If you are a student, you should have all the conditions to feel good. If you lose the balance between the studies, the social life and your own demands on yourself. If you know why you feel bad or if you have no idea why you feel bad. Student Health Service is the students’ own Occupational Health Care. There are psychologists, counselors, doctors and a stress pedagogue. All specialized in students’ life situation.

They offer individual conversations and courses, as well as workshops on how to more easily speak before a group, how to strengthen your self-esteem, how to deal with stress or how to manage the work-life balance. The Student Health Centre also has a light-room open during the winter months, send an email to receptionen@sh.uu.se.
