If you are not well

If you are a student, you should have all the conditions to feel good. If you lose the balance between the studies, the social life and your own demands on yourself. If you know why you feel bad or if you have no idea why you feel bad. Student Health Service is the students’ own Occupational Health Care. There are psychologists, counselors, doctors and a stress pedagogue. All specialized in students’ life situation.

They offer individual conversations and courses, as well as workshops on how to more easily speak before a group, how to strengthen your self-esteem, how to deal with stress or how to manage the work-life balance.
